My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much, particularly since the owners provided us with detailed information, kept in contact with us throughout the month and were always very responsive. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We found the location to be private, quiet and peaceful. The condo is well-equipped, nicely decorated, and spotless. The updated kitchen was a plus, although it took us awhile to understand the features of the new appliances. We also appreciated the extra security measures provided. Loved the bistro table on he lanai where we enjoyed our early evening cocktail most days--always a nice breeze!

Great place for a relaxed vacation time

My wife and I just spent seven great week at this gorgeous condominium. It belongs to one of the best communities in the Naples area and is ideally located for many activities: Just a few minutes walk to wonderful beaches at Wiggins park; several of the nicest golf courses in the world and "the party zone" Mercato can be reached in just some minutes by car. The condo itself is generously spaced, sunny all day long, with a great, 200 degrees view at a lake, over lots of palm trees and right to the west where the sun sets over the gulf. And last not least all rooms are very tastefully decorated - Italian style - and well maintained. We felt very much at home and are already looking forward to another two months at this beautiful place next year.

Beautiful condo with all the amenities

We have been going to The Dunes, which is a fabulous resort area, for 5 years and this condominium is very special. It is on the third floor and is an end unit which makes it quite spacious with lots of windows. All the bedroom windows or sliding glass doors have a direct view outside rather than some other units where some of the bedrooms look out at the open corridor and then the outside. With a southwestern exposure it gets sun all day and afternoon. The bedrooms are quite large with beds in each of the bedrooms rather than a sofa bed in one. It also has 3 bathrooms which makes it ideal when you have 2 couples coming to visit. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to make a gourmet meal. The lanai is lovely and wraps around the unit. There are 2 sliding glass doors and one stationary door that access the lanai. You look out over the tops of lovely palm trees and other lush foliage. There is a pool that is for the exclusive use of Antigua residents that also has a grill area. On the grounds of the large pool there is a wonderful Tiki Bar with excellent casual food. There is also a restaurant which has delicious food as well. There are quite a few har-tru tennis courts for those who enjoy tennis. The fitness center is very well equipped. The beach is just a short 5 minute walk and there is a wonderful park that you can drive your car into and spend the day. Or you can easily walk to the beach with your beach chairs. The gulf is gorgeous and the sand is perfect. There are numerous wonderful restaurants that are close by as well as terrific movie theatres and shopping. Publix grocery store is a 7 minute drive from The Dunes. The owner of this unit is delightful and readily available should you need him. I would highly recommend this unit to everyone.

Our recent vacation at the Dunes in North Naples was exactly what we hoped--a relaxing and fun-filled respite from the winter!
This condominium will make you feel right at home. It is well appointed with everything you need to enjoy your stay, entertain guests and relax. It is immaculate and well-maintained.
The living room furniture and beds are very comfortable. The large flat screen TV and wi-fi connection were up-to-date.
The location of the condominium cannot be beat. It is a short walk to Vanderbilt Beach. (The Antigua building is the closest Dunes building to the beach.)There is a view of a pond with Florida birds present (white ibis, herons and egrets) at all times. The third floor end unit provided a warm sunny southern exposure as well as a western exposure for lovely sunsets. Restaurants, shops and water activities are nearby.
The owner was accessible and answered all questions promptly. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend.
